The office is easily accessible from public transportation. The easiest way to get there from downtown is to get on the N or KT lines heading outbound. We're the Embarcadero & Folsom stop. Check's walking and public transportation directions for specific directions for where you are. It's also a short cab ride for those who want to go that route. 

You will have to check in with building security, then someone should be down there to take you to the 4th floor.
